Rainy Days & Going Nuts

Much of last week, it rained. Rain, rain, and more rain....
So naturally, among other things, we had to pull out the Play-Doh and watercolors at some point.
Below are some visuals that help distinguish the difference between a 4-year old doing projects, and a 2-year old doing projects.
Here's Gordy. *Cue peaceful, serene music*

And here's Grayson. *Crank up some loud, rock & roll!*

It appears that having to go a few days without getting his wiggles out in the great outdoors really gets to Grayson -- he had to let off some steam.
This little guy has no boundaries when it comes to getting creative. Yeee-haw!

I honestly cannot explain how quickly this activity got so out of hand, but a peaceful Play-Doh and watercolor paint session became a crazy, theatrical display of toddler fun ~ quite entertaining!

Grayson appeared a little surprised by his appearance in the mirror, and clearly a wee bit impressed with himself as well. What a little monkey. Thankfully, Crayola watercolor paints do not appear to cause eye irritation ~ just in case you were wondering.

Marvel comics might be calling you for some great ideas via your 2 year old. Gotta love all strains of creativity.
