Gordon's preschool holds a fundraiser every spring ~ this year it was a bike rodeo and theme basket raffle. The event was scheduled for the same day we reserved a campsite at Bruneau Sand Dunes, so Gary and Grayson stayed home, packing and prepping the camper, while Gordon and I had some fun at the bike rodeo.
Gordon raised nearly $100 with his pledges. We donated items for the baking theme basket, and bought several raffle tickets - all of which went into the "Superheroes" basket. Gordon was so hopeful that he'd win the big collection of action figures, but he was not the lucky winner. He took it in stride, especially when I reminded him that we were going camping that afternoon.
One of Gordon's favorite activities was the bubble tub.

We decorated Gordon's bike with balloons, and streamers.

Kids were grouped by age and rode their bikes and scooters around a little course in the back parking lot.
Every child won a special medal for participating.
We are so proud of our little Gordon! He's had such wonderful experiences in preschool, and now he's ready and excited to start Kindergarten in the fall!
