Grayson's Birthday Party (Family BBQ)

We couldn't wait until May 4th to start celebrating Grayson's 3rd birthday. The party kicked off with a family BBQ on Sunday, May 2nd.

Grayson's request for this year's cake was one with DINOSAURS!

And a DINOSAUR CAKE is what he got.

It wasn't too hard to find dinosaur props nearby.

These cute dinosaurs were given to the boys last fall, from Auntie Lassa.

Almost THREE!

Grayson is one happy little boy!

Daddy & Mommy are so proud of little Grayson! Can't believe it's been 3 years since we welcomed him to our family.

Gordon loves his little brother too!

After grilled hot dogs, bison burgers, Oriental chicken salad, baked beans, and chips with salsa and 7-layer dip for dinner - it was time for Grayson to tear into his gifts. From Daddy, Mommy, and Gordon he got a little golf set.

Grandpa Dave & Grandma Myra gave him new sand toys and a dump truck for his new sand box, more toy dinosaurs, and a musical card (which you can hear at any given time in our house, still).

Also from Daddy, Mommy, and Gordon - a new fishing pole!

This will come in handy up in the mountains this summer!

And from Auntie Lassa and Uncle Doe-Doe - a super cool swimming pool!

Both Gordon and Grayson got party favors from Daddy & Mommy - new Super Soakers!
Let the summertime, backyard fun begin.

Uncle Doe-Doe, Gordon, Grayson, and Daddy didn't delay in starting up some Water Wars.
