Baby Girl Shopping

It's starting to sink in that we're having a baby girl! For the past several years, my eye has been trained to notice adorable little boy clothes in stores, online, and in ads. But as of late, I'm starting to notice dresses, sandals, and little garments in various shades of pink.

One of my favorite places to find great deals on gently used clothes for the boys has been a thrift store, Kid-2-Kid. Unfortunately, it's located way over by the mall area, and right now during the Christmas shopping frenzy, I try to avoid all the traffic and the crowds in that part of town.

Luckily for me...I've noticed in the past couple weeks that a similar second-hand store would be opening within a couple miles of where we live!

So on our way to the library today, Grayson and I stopped at the "Grand Opening" of Rascal's Rack, where they just opened their new location. I couldn't wait to get inside and see what they have. It is full of treasures! I found this like-new Baby Gap dress for only $4.99.

These sweet little red shoes cost a mere $3.50.

And these precious little hats were only $.99 each.

This little summer romper was on a clearance rack for $.99.

I love the back on this outfit.

This floral sundress and bottoms were only $.99 as well ~ and all of these items look hardly worn.
I love a great deal ~ and I got several of them today!

Grayson enjoyed looking through all the children's books in the kids' play area, which is a great feature in stores where moms need some time to shop. I have a feeling I'll be frequenting this store often.... ☺
