Christmas Cookies with Grandpa Dave & Grandma Myra

Tonight was our Christmas Cookie party at Grandpa Dave & Grandma Myra's.

Grayson helped Grandma cut out all the fun cookie shapes.

While the cookies baked, Dave & Melissa made Oreo truffles, and we all snacked on a dinner buffet of fresh fruit, veggies and olives, cheese and crackers, and other snacks.

The boys always look forward to "the fishing game," among other familiar toys at Grandma & Grandpa's house.

We mustn't forget another favorite activity at their house -- vacuuming with the super-fun, lightweight, electric vacuum cleaners! The boys seriously clean their little hearts out until the vacuums lose their charge. They love to help.

Next it was time to frost and decorate the now cooled-off cookies.

Love the long apron on our little Grayson.

Gordon looks over all the many decorating choices for maximizing his decorating options.

This was quite the cookie workshop!

Grayson adding some final touches to his cookie...also just before he ate it.

We enjoyed a fun-filled evening. Thanks so much, Dave & Myra!!
